
Our Grand Pharaoh
Greetings From the Grand Pharaoh,The Royal Vagabonds, Inc. is the premier Black men’s social club in the state of Missouri and possibly the entire nation. Wendell Todd Campbell is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the rail industry, where he has overseen the movement of billions of dollars in goods across North America. Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Wendell’s journey has taken him through multiple cities and states, but his commitment to community has always remained central.
A lifelong member of Washington Metropolitan AME Zion Church, Wendell has served as
Chairman of the Board of Trustees for more than a decade. His dedication to service extends to his role on the Lucas Heights Board, a nonprofit focused on providing affordable housing in the St. Louis area.
Since joining The Royal Vagabonds in 2015, Wendell has been instrumental in shaping the
organization’s social and philanthropic impact. From leading successful committees to
organizing transformative events, his leadership has helped elevate the organization’s mission and visibility. Today, he proudly serves as Grand Pharaoh of the Royal Vagabonds, Inc., continuing to guide its legacy of excellence, brotherhood, and service.
